Boko Haram have reportedly bombed the sole bridge linking Borno State, Nigeria & Cameroun. The small bridge which is located at the border town of Gamboru Ngala, was bombed today, cutting off some residents of the area from their families who live in Cameroon.
Sometime in March, prolific Nollywood director Kunle Afolayan took to his Facebook page to express his frustration about Nigeria and his plans to relocate as he could no longer bear the hardship.
Well, it looks like he’s made up his mind to really relocate. In a recent interview with Netng, he said he has been diagnosed with hypertension and must relocate. When asked if his relocation would not discourage those who are looking up to him, Kunle said:

The Northern Nigeria Chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) yesterday released a statement expressing reservations and alleging conspiracy in the Chibok schoolgirls abduction.
The chapter said they believe the kidnapping is a conspiracy involving the governor of the state, Kashim Shettima, the principal of the school, the chief security officer of Borno & the commissioner for Education. In the statement, they asked how 300+ girls can disappear into air without any trace and where the daughters of the principal, vice principal & CSO of the state were when the kidnapping took place, and why no single photograph of the Chibok girls has been made public by school authorities.
During an interview with Channels TV Sunrise programme yesterday, Akwa Ibom State governor, Godswill Akpabio expressed his reservations about the kidnapped school girls. He wondered why no gun was fired during the kidnap, and why it took Boko Haram two weeks to take responsibility for the kidnapping and also why the statements made by the sect leader tallied with what local media had been reporting for weeks. Jos – An Upper Area Court in Jos, Plateau, has ordered a trader, Mohammed Rabiu, and a housewife, Asabe Mati, both accused of adultery, to be remanded in prison pending hearing of their bail applications.
Rabiu and Mati who reside in different parts of Jos, were charged with one-count of adultery.

As reported by WTVF NewsChannel 5, Brandie Dobson, the second grade victim’s mother, said that the educator’s surprising behavior stemmed from a school bus fight between her son and his friend on Thursday afternoon. Dobson told the station, “The little boy (third grader) had pushed him and hit his brother and cousin. So he hit him back.”
