PHOTO: Man Dies While having Marathon Sex With University Student in Ebonyi


A middle-aged man (pictured above) allegedly died while having sex with a female student at the Ebonyi State University's Presco female campus located at Goddy Ogbaga Avenue in Abakaliki the state capital.

Reports say the lover girl upon finding out that the man had died, moved his body to his car and then proceeded to the nearest police station to report the incident. She was later arrested and investigations is currently ongoing.

Suspected Fulani Herdsmen Kill 2 Farmers In Anambra


Suspected Fulani herdsmen have attacked and killed two farmers in Omasi, an agricultural community in Ayamelum Local Government Area of Anambra state.

During the visit of the state governor, Willie Obiano, to Anambra State Teaching Hospital, Amaku, where the injured was receiving treatment, it was gathered that the hostility began when the herdsmen invaded the farms of the villagers with their cattle and destroyed their crops.

Building Collapse in Ibadan, One Feared Dead


An uncompleted 2-storey building collapsed yesterday at Ologuneru in Ido LGA of Ibadan city with one feared dead. According to those who were working at the site, they head a deafening noise at about 2pm, which made them all run out for safety but unfortunately, the tipper driver who supplies sand to the construction site didn't run fast enough and got trapped in the building as it collapsed.

14 Year Old Girl Kills Another 14yr Old Girl After Facebook Fight Over a Boy


14 year old Endia Martin (pictured above) was killed on Monday April 28th by another 14 year old girl after they argued on Facebook about a boy. Is this what 14 year olds should be doing? Fighting over boys and killing each other? My goodness!

PHOTOS: Angry Chibok Women Protest Girls' Kidnap in Abuja


Mothers and other aggrieved indigenes of Chibok, Borno, yesterday staged a protest at the National Assembly calling on the government to speed up the release of their daughters that were kidnapped from the Government Girls Secondary school on April 14th.

The women under the aegies of Kibaku Development Association and led by senior female police officers converged at the Eagle Square Abuja, all dressed in black, from where they marched peacefully to the National Assembly, wailing and pleading for help from the govt. Senators Barnabas Gemade and Helen Esuene received the protesters and said the senate is considering raising a motion as regards the kidnapped girls for the house to deliberate on. Nigerian Pleads Guilty to Terror Charges in the US


33 year old Lawal Olaniyi Babafemi (pictured above) yesterday Tuesday April 29th pleaded guilty to terror charges in a US court. The Nigerian citizen is accused of providing material support to an al Qaeda affiliate, and participating in its media and recruitment campaigns, Reuters reports.

The Trade Union Congress has recommended death penalty for public officials who embezzle beyond N1m in order to reduce corruption in the country.

The President of the TUC, Bobboi Kaigama, said this during the fourth lecture series of the Faculty of Environmental Design and Management, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, on Tuesday.

Hoodlums Kill APC Youth Leader in Lagos


There was tension around Apapa Road, Ebute Meta, Lagos, on Tuesday after the leader of a youth faction of the All Progressives Congress, Kunle Awotunde, was shot to death.

37 former PDP Reps to Present Impeachment Motion Against Jonathan


ABUJA — THE battle for political supremacy in the House of Representatives is set to be rekindled with the plan by 37 former members of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to present an impeachment motion against President Goodluck Jonathan.

The legislators, who are allegedly acting in concert with their governors who defected with them to All Progressives Congress, APC, are also following up their plans with a high profile sensitisation campaign against alleged misdeeds of the administration.

Anthony Wayas (pictured left) a resident of Finima community in Bonny LGA of Rivers State has been accused by his 12 year old niece of having sex with her since 2013, Tribune reports.

Anthony, who is the brother to the girl's father took responsibility for her after her father passed away when she was just a year old. By the time she turned 12, he started having sex with her.

Policeman Abducts, Brutalises Eight-Year-Old Girl


Residents of Olufowobi Street, Ketu, Lagos, were thrown into confusion after an eight-year-old girl, Amarachi Abakwam, was found tied up and brutalised under the bed of a policeman attached to Police Mobile Force 22.

According to PUNCH Metro: the policeman, Augustine Gbuchenge, with Force number 400823, lived in the same compound with Amarachi’s family.

PHOTOS: Ogun State Politician Allegedly Beats Wife To A Pulp


Just got this mail from an NGO that deals with domestic violence cases. According to their story, the woman above is the wife of an Ogun-state politician named Bashorun Bayo Awosanya. He allegedly attacked her at their residence in Sagamu on Easter Sunday April 20th around 8.30pm after an argument. The lady was saved by their gateman who heard her cries for help from his station.

She's currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Sagamu. Her people figured it won't hurt for people to see what the man did, so they sent the pics to the press. This madness has got to stop! PHOTOS: Policeman Beaten & Tied Up by Mob After Allegedly Shooting Driver ROTFLMAO


This incident happened this afternoon along Patigi Road in Kwara State. According to eye-witnesses, the policeman tied above and a few of his colleagues stopped a driver delivering telecoms equipment to a site at Patigi and allegedly demanded for money. When the driver refused to part with money, an argument ensued and he was shot in the arm. (You will find the graphic pic after the cut). After the shooting, a mob descended on the policemen but were only able to catch one as the others ran away.

The one caught was beaten and tied up by a mob. See more pics after the cut...

PHOTO: Captured Fulani Herdsmen Who Cconfessed to Being Boko Haram Members


These are the faces of some of the people causing terror in Nigeria. These 17 men you see above are Fulani Herdsmen who were recently captured by the military. They were part of the group that terrorized residents in Benue, Nasarawa, Taraba and Zamfara recently. They also took part in the recent killing of hundreds of people and burning of houses in Wukari, Taraba state. After their capture, they confessed to being members of the Boko Haram sect.

A gentleman's club in Guelph, Ontario, is holding church services right on the stage next to the stripper pole.

The Manor, as the club is called, held services for the first time on Easter.

Soldiers, Police Deployed as Rainstorm Destroys Kirikiri Maximum Security Prison Walls

Terrorism: Presidency Goes Tough; Stops N3b Payment for Abuja CCTV


The Presidency is angry with the entities handling the controversial Federal Government’s N76 billion closed circuit television (CCTV) project, otherwise known as Nigerian Public Security Communications System, NPSCS.

Sunday Vanguard learnt, last night, that the Presidency, which feels embarrassed by the failure of the project to contribute to the fight against terrorism, has cancelled a request by the Ministry of Police Affairs to pay additional N3 billion to the NigComsat and the Chinese firm handling the scheme.
