Bullion Van Attacked by Armed Robbers on Power Bikes in Lagos

Apapa in Lagos state was yesterday the scene of a shootout as police officers deployed to the area engaged a gang of robbers in a fierce battle.

The incident occurred at Ijora Badia in Apapa yesterday when the robbers reportedly invaded the area on power bikes and intercepted a loaded bullion van.

According to reports, the gunmen arrived the Marine Bridge on the bikes and began shooting sporadically to scare motorists and passers-by.

Two suspected gay pastors, Prince Ejimole, 26, and Lawrence Udo, 25, have been arrested and charged to court after they were allegedly caught having sex in a hotel room at Ijeshatedo, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria.

They are facing charges of having carnal knowledge of each other against the order of nature before the presiding Magistrate, Mrs A. O. Awogboro. The pastors were arrested at a popular hotel at Ijeshatedo where it was alleged they usually lodged to have sex with each other.

The couple allegedly had séx inside a lift just feet away from stunned passengers at a busy railway station.

CCTV Footage of a man and a woman have been released by British Transport Police in connect with the incident which happened in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, on September 28.
Officers said the pair were in the lift for more than ten minutes during which time she 'performed an indecent act' on the man.

Kerosene Explosion in Ebonyi KILLS13-yr-old Girl, Siblings Injured

An inferno caused by adulterated kerosene has led to the death of one in Ebonyi State and caused varying degrees of injury to two other persons. The deceased, 13 -year-old Ifeoma Nwofe, was caught in the explosion at her parent’s residence in the Azuiyiokwu area of Abakaliki, the state capital.

The young girl was then rushed to the Federal Teaching Hospital in the area but didn’t receive treatment due to the ongoing strike of health workers in the country.

Pirates Assault Two Police Officers In Bayelsa, Kill One

The Bayelsa state police command have confirmed the fact that a police officer was murdered by pirates over the weekend in Ikebiri, Southern Ijaw Local Government Area.

The spokesperson of the command, Alex Akhigbe, said the deceased was, together with his colleague, escorting a barge from Port Harcourt to Koluama community in Bayelsa when the suspected pirates attacked them.

TRAGIC: HIV Positive DOCTOR RAPES Patient on Admission in Benue

A doctor in Benue State charged with the care and preservation of lives has done the opposite of his duty as he allegedly raped a patient on admission in his hospital.

The situation is made worse by reports that the alleged rapist doctor is HIV positive. The suspect has been arrested by police officers in the state after news of the crime was released.

The unidentified doctor reportedly practices at Tersoo Clinic in Naka town in the Gwer West Local Government Area of the state.
