A 35-year-old woman, identified as Ejobosele Okoruwa. has committed suicide in Ekpoma, Esan West Local Government, Edo State, few hours after dedicating her three months old baby in a church.
Ejobosele dedicated her baby on Sunday, while she killed herself in the early hours of Monday. Her lifeless body was found dangling from the ceiling with the wrapper she allegedly used to hang herself.

CHAMPION: Woman Arraigned For Beating Two Policewomen

According to our source; A 25-year-old woman, Oluwatemitope Adetona, has been arraigned before the Ebute Meta Magistrate’s Court for allegedly beating up a corporal and a police inspector. She was also alleged to have obstructed them in the performance of their duty as enforcement officers.

The two officers, Inspector Virginia Ikejiaku and Corporal Helen Okolie of Denton Police Station, were said to have been assaulted by Adetona after they arrested a nine-year-old child who was selling a local doughnut, popularly called puf-puf on the road. The female officers were said to be enforcing the Lagos State Child Rights Law when the defendant came after them, tore their uniforms and necklace, while residents of Coates Street, who witnessed the incident hailed them.

When a married woman decided to secretly visit a female prostitute she had no idea that her husband was seeing the same prostitute on the side as well, according to court documents.

Police in Maine said that a woman sought the services of the same prostitute her husband used. The revelation comes as part of the client list of a Zumba dance instructor accused of using her studio as a front for prostitution.


She became the first woman to be identified by police on Friday with a list of at least 64 men accused of involvement in the prostitution case. Police say the woman’s husband was charged with being a client in the coastal town of Kennebunk.
