General Motors is set to unveil the new 2014 Cadillac CTS during the 2013 New York Auto Show. The New York Auto Show is the next major auto show to be held in the United States. We’ve known for a while that vehicle would make its official debut at the show and GM has already offered up information on its new V-6 engine that will find its weight under the hood.

Subtlety can't always avert controversy. That leaked build of Windows Blue is a case in point: it suggests a relatively incremental update to Windows 8, yet some of its revelations are already causing quite a stir. Neowin now reports that Internet Explorer 11, as contained within the leaked build, identifies itself to host websites as "Mozilla... like Gecko." Confusing, right? Perhaps, but it's not really as underhand as it sounds, as you can see from the full line of code in the picture above.

NLC Warns Aero Contractors
The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), has called on the management of Aero Contractors to recall the 655 workers it has dismissed, as well as reopen immediately, the offices that were shut on March 13. In a press statement signed by Emma Ugboaja, Acting General Secretary, it applauded the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority for taking steps to ground the airline because safety could not be guaranteed with anairline that has caused itself avoidable industrial crisis.
NCC Arrests 3 Agents For Allegedly Flouting SIM Card Registration Guidelines
The Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC), in collaboration with security agencies, has arrested three agents of service providers in Awka for allegedly flouting SIM card registration guidelines. NCC’s Head of Enforcement, Mr Efosa Idehen, who gave the names of the suspects to newsmen in Awka on Sunday, explained that they were arrested while using the SIM registration machines fraudulently.

Deputy Senate President Senator Ike Ekeweremadu has tasked the Police over its inability to resolve 56 politically motivated murders that occurred around the country in the past 20 years. Speaking at the 2013 annual lecture of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, he noted that only a few cases such as that of Kudirat Abiola were being pursued with the intention to resolve them.

Satellite Town Residents Groan Under Constant Power Outage
The Satellite Town Central Residents Association (STCRA) has condemned the persistent power outage in the community. Mr Felix Egbamuno, the President of the association, made the remark in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Sunday. Egbamuno said that there was no power supply to Satellite town since the mid-January due to a fire incident at the Amuwo Transmission Station but residents continued to receive high bills.

Alhaji Umar Nuhu, Chairman of APGA in Kogi wants results collated at INEC office to ensure transparency and credibility in the State’s council election on May 4. Nuhu made the call in a telephone interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Sunday. The chairman urged Kogi State Independent Electoral Commission (KSIEC) to ensure timely distribution of sensitive materials to polling centres.

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has called on the management of Aero Contractor airline to recall its 655 workers sacked on March 17. This is contained in a statement signed by Mr Emma Ugboja, the Congress’ Acting General Secretary, on Sunday in Lagos. The statement urged the airline to reinstate the workers and reopen their offices immediately to forestall industrial crisis.
