BREAKING: Explosion Rocks Football Viewing Centre in Yobe During #BRAvsMEX Match, Many Feared ead

According to BBC,a bomb explosion has rocked Yobe State..It occurred at a football viewing center shortly after the kick-off of the World cup match between Brazil vs. Mexico match .
Sanusi Ruf'ai, police commissioner for Yobe state, told AFP

"There was an explosion outside a soccer viewing centre here in Damaturu at around 20:15,Our men have deployed to the scene but it's too early for us to give details."Earlier, some states like Plateau and Adamawa ordered all venues planning to show live coverage of the World Cup to close because of possible bomb attacks.

China Executes 13 people for Terrorist Attacks in Xinjiang

BEIJING (Reuters) - China executed 13 people on Monday for terrorist attacks in the far western region of Xinjiang, state media said, while another three were sentenced to death for a lethal attack at Beijing's Tiananmen Square.

"The 13 criminals had planned violent terrorist attacks and ruthlessly killed police officers, government officials and civilians, which took innocent lives, caused huge property losses and seriously endangered public security," the official news agency Xinhua said.
