Kim Kardashian Makes First Post-Baby Appearance On Kris Jenner's Show

Kim Kardashian resurfaced on Friday for her first TV appearance since giving birth in mid-June. The 32-year-old reality star, who welcomed daughter North with boyfriend Kanye West on June 15,appeared via taped video message on mom Kris Jenner's new talk show, "Kris," on Friday.

"I just wanted to say congratulations on your new show," Kim - who wore white and is only shown from the chest up in the clip - said. "I'm sorry I couldn't be there in person, but I'm just loving life a little bit too much at home right now.

"But I watch you every single day and you are so amazing. You really are born to do this," she continued. "So I just want to say I love you and have an amazing show."

The message, which was a surprise set up by guest co-host Sean Combs, brought Kris to tears.

"You got me! That really did make me cry. Thank you, Kimmy," a choked up Kris said. "Thank you, Kimmy. Thank you, Sean."

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com , Kim spoke out for the first time since North's birth last month.

In a blog posted on her personal website in July, the new mom said she's loving every moment of motherhood.

"These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life," she wrote at the time. "I'm enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family."
