Out Of Bounds Topics In Relationship?

Hi All,

I finally met a girl that i intend to settle down with and ive made that intention clear to her, the thing is i have certain standards that i want my wife to possess and i use a checklist to cross them out. Unfortunately this rules require probing personal questions. Basically, i asked her today if she has ever had abortion? and her response was "its none of my business", "its her body" and "i shouldnt be asking", she walked away mad without giving a response. was it wrong to ask this question? are there question/boundaries never to be crossed in a relationship?
