Days after being officially renamed to the USA national team, soccer goddesses Alex Morgan and Sydney Leroux celebrated by hitting the beaches in Hawaii this weekend ... in very tiny bikinis.

Aside from Abby Wambach, Alex and Sydney are the best players on the team -- each known for shredding defenses with their speed and terrorizing goalies.

The Women's World Cup tournament is still 2 years away, but qualifiers begin in Fall 2014 ... and the team is scheduled to take on Australia and New Zealand in some friendly matches later this month.
