The court had also ruled that no medical experts other than Police Pathologist(s) should carry out the examination or be part of same.
The court ordered that “the said medical report of the examination of the bodies or corpses shall be made into copies and sent to the Registrar of the court for purposes or other consequential orders if necessary.”
“Finally, the Commissioner of Police Edo State, who is the respondent in this case is hereby, ordered to produce the said bodies of the deceased persons or the killed Mr. Samuel Imaikop, 42 years and the three other unknown persons and hand over their corpses or be pointer to wherever their bodies are presently buries to enable the experts carry out or execute the orders of this court.”
Among the robbery suspects was one Samuel Imaikop, whose family claimed was a farmer and married to two wives.
