APC Accuses Police Of Intimidation, Tells IG To Call His Men To Order

The All Progressives Congress, Kwara State chapter has accused the police of intimidating it's members.

During a media briefing on Saturday in Ilorin, the state's capital, Interim Chairman of APC, Alhaji Ishola Balogun-Fulani alleged that the police arrested some APC members who were mounting the party’s bill board and also confiscated the party’s bill boards from the printer.

Alh. Ishola said, "The Police Command had gone to stop the APC members while erecting bill board along Asa-Dam road.

"It also tampered with the street sign post of the party in all major roads in the state, leaving the PDP’s sign post intact."

He therefore called on the Inspector-General of Police, Abubakar Mohammed to ‘call to order’ the Kwara State Police Command.
