APC Chieftain’s Home Set Ablaze By Hoodlums

On Tuesday night some thugs attacked and razed the home of former Theophilus Okoh, in Ibori, Esan Central Local Government Area after factional problems affected Edo All Progressives Congress (APC) ward congresses.

The thugs where said to be sponsored by PDP stakeholder who also is chairman of the Edo Solidarity Movement in Edo Central.

The thugs stormed the home around 2.30am with two vehicles and started causing commotion in the neigbourhood.

The action was said to be a revenge attack after they sufferred defeat at the congress even then trying to disrupt the meeting was halted by people.

An eye witness Ololo Okoeki explained that they had been earlier warned that the thugs where coming through a phone call threatning them.
