(KTVI) – A Michigan judge lashed out at a woman convicted of killing her boyfriend.
Judge John McBain lost it after the woman interrupted a family member of the victim who was speaking in court. After telling her to stop talking, she grinned and smirked, causing the judge to go off.
He also said he would have given her the death penalty if the state allowed it so instead, the woman is getting life in prison.
Judge McBain says he doesn’t think he did anything wrong.
