According to a release signed by the Director of Public Communication, UI, Mr Olatunji Oladejo, “movement of all unregi-stered vehicles and motorcycles are restricted to areas that are not designated for the conduct of the examination.”

He further said faculties of Arts; Science; Agricul-ture and Forestry; Social Sciences; Education; Vete-rinary Medicine; Techno-logy and Law had been designated for the conduct of the examination.

“To this end, all vehi-cles without the univer-sity approved stickers should be restricted to areas that are not active for the examination. Unregistered motorcycles are also not excluded from the restriction.

“Finally, all categories of current students are enjoined to stay away from the examination venues, as all university exami-nations slated for Monday, July 9, have been postponed.

“The campus security service has been empowered to enforce the restriction order before and during the examination,” the statement added.
