The Jigawa State Governor Alhaji Sule Lamido has accused the Federal Government for under funding the Nigerian Police Force amidst the extreme expectation of ensuring security of lives."You cannot expect so much from a sector that was largely underfunded, that literarily thrives on handouts that state governors provides for their operation."
Lamido was speaking at Government House, Dutse on Thursday while receiving the Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) in Charge of Zone 1 covering Jigawa, Kano and Katsina States, Mr. David Oluwafemi Omojola.
