She's back on Twitter, it's OK: Kim Kardashian says she's "resting" after her pregnancy drama
She was rushed to hospital after a dramatic collapse earlier this week, and now Kim Kardashian has spoken out for the first time to reassure us she's ok. "Thanks for all the well wishes, I'm doing fine! Just resting...have a good weekend. Love you guys," she posted on Twitter.Kim was rushed to hospital in LA last Tuesday after a pregnancy scare on the flight back from Paris, where she'd been attending fashion week with boyfriend Kanye West.
US reports said Kim felt "severe stomach pains" and was so scared she started crying - she's expecting her first baby in June.
She went straight to hospital, where reports said she was told to "slow down" and rest at home. Her mum Kris Jenner confirmed yesterday: "Kim's good, she's gonna be OK." And Khloe also blogged to thank fans for their well wishes: "A lot of you have expressed concern in the recent hours about Kim, and I just wanted to let you all know that mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy right now."
Kim might be on bed rest, but that doesn't mean she's banned from Twitter - she posted several pictures on Instagram yesterday, including a "flashback" to her holiday in Mexico with "my baby daddy". Er, that'd be Kanye then. She also added pictures from the set of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Kanye's had a stressful week too - not only has he been by Kim's side after her pregnancy scare, but he's also been ranting about his place on MTV's Hottest MC list - he's at number seven ! Can you imagine?
"Yeah, number seven bothers me," he told radio station Hot 97. "I don't know, it's definitely not based on a body of work. It possibly could just be like overall rap MC swag. What happens is, with these type of things... they don't like 'Givenchy' Kanye, they don't like Kanye in a kilt, they don't like Kanye in a relationship."
At least Kanye's tantrum isn't as bad as Justin Bieber's public meltdown ... or Chris Brown's embarrassing rant.
