The renowned televangelist, Prophet Timothy Oluwole Obadare formerly of the Christ Apostolic Church is dead. Obadare reputed for his clairvoyance on issues of national prominence was said to have died at home in Nigeria.
The man of God who lived over two scores doing evangelism later founded the breakaway World Soul-Winning Evangelistic Ministries (WOSEM) ministry.
According to his New York-based son, Pastor Abraham Obadare Jnr, Prophet Obadare who once presided over teeming Christian worshipers died at the ripe age of 83.
Famous for being used by God in performing miracles at evangelism grounds and on his television programmes, Prophet Obadare was blind for most part of his life.
From Ilesa in Osun State, Obadare said he was not born blind but became blind when he fell ill at a tender age.
Details of the death of the man who many people say was very versed in the Bible were still sketchy as at press time.
