Quick Exercise To Flatten Your Tommy (MUST SEE)

It is important to exercise the body to constantly keep fit. Regular exercise should not be restricted to a particular set of people, everyone should be involved in a particular type of exercise or the other.
Some parts of the body need regular attention while exercising so they do not lose their shape and tautness.

The stomach is one part of the body that cannot lose its flatness! You need to try as much as possible to keep your stomach trim and flat. The plank move works well:

Directions:

Start by getting into a push up position, bending your elbows, rest your weight on your forearms instead of your hands.

Your body should be at a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles.

Brace your core by contracting your abs (do this as if you are to be punched in your guts)

Hold this position for about 30 seconds while breathing deeply.


If you cannot hold this position for a stretch of 30 seconds, try it in less timing in between each other. This move works for the Lower back, Hips, Abs and the Core as well.
