Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey are one of the most sensational couples in showbiz, but where happiness goes hate often follows! For years the rumor milll has worked overtime on wrecking their relationship. Not a month goes by where we don't hear about their supposed rocky road or a potential split.
The young actor assures us that things at home are totally perf, though, that these tabloids are making stuff up.
So, do the unfounded allegations piss him off? Not really. In fact, Nick finds the reports somewhat funny!
In a recent issue of Parade, the America's Got Talent stud was asked point blank about dealing with gossip and tabloid reports that fan the flames of divorce.
Nick admitted:
"You kind of have to ignore it because every week it’s something different, and if you paid attention to it, it actually probably would start really affecting you. It’s kind of humorous, really. It couldn’t be further off from the truth, and it really affects the credibility of the so-called newspapers.”
Talk about a finely honed sense of humor!! We're not sure we'd find those kind of inaccurate reports laughable, but all those years of working with Howie Mandel & Howard Stern must've strengthened his funny bone!
More than anything, we're just happy that Nick and Mimi are happy!! They have the cutest family ever and we hope the honeymoon never ends!
